Consultation Charges
We offer free consultations with our licensed Louisiana medical providers. You will not be charged for scheduling or attending your initial consultation.
When You Are Billed
You will only be charged once you choose to move forward with your medical marijuana recommendation and your provider has approved your eligibility. Billing occurs after you provide informed consent and confirm your order for the evaluation and certification.
Prescription & Recommendation Refunds
Due to the nature of medical marijuana recommendations and prescriptions—both considered legal medical documents—we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once they have been issued. All sales are final in accordance with Louisiana medical cannabis laws.
Cancellations
- If you choose not to proceed after your consultation and before payment, you will not be charged.
- If you have already paid but wish to cancel before your recommendation has been processed, please contact us immediately at contact@louisianammjcarddoctor.com
- Once a recommendation is issued, no refunds can be provided.
Issues with Service or Documentation
If there is an issue with your recommendation or documentation (e.g., incorrect information), please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your paperwork. We will promptly investigate and correct any errors to ensure your documents are accurate and valid.
